What happens when I contact Max Homecare?

After you contact us by phone or email, we will set up a convenient time to provide you a complimentary in-home consultation. At that time, we will provide a complete overview of services and all applicable costs.

Does Max Home Care accept payment through my Long Term Care Insurance Policy?

Yes. Absolutely

What screening is provided to your in-home care personnel?
A
A rigorous screening process is completed PRIOR to hire. This includes, receiving prior professional references, NJ State Criminal Background Check, Board of Nursing License Verification and a skills competency evaluation.

Will I be able to interview and meet the care-giver?
A
We make every effort to ensure that an appropriate selection is made after the initial consultation is complete however, we are considerate of our client’s feelings, and therefore we encourage that a meeting with the care-giver occurs.

Will I have to pay for services if I need to reschedule the care-giver visit?
A
No. Our clients shall only be billed for the time/hours of which direct care has been rendered.

Is assistance available should in case we need additional help in preparing for in-home care services?
A
The team will be diligent to support the transition for all clients. Max Home Care provides Case Management Services for clients that may need an additional level of support on a short or long term basis.
